Joint teaching - Sustainability-related competences for business students

I’m currently developing a joint teaching initiative under the ENGAGE.EU Incubator Seed Funding 2025 and am looking for interested partners to join the project.

The course is titled Think, Listen, Act: Navigating Complexity for a Sustainable Future and focuses on building key competencies for sustainability, including stakeholder dialogue, systems thinking, ethical reflection, and navigating competing goals. It will be offered as a 5 ECTS online course (with an optional 2.5 ECTS in-person extension at NHH), designed to be flexible and scalable across ENGAGE.EU partner institutions. It would be designed with a COIL structure and have a focus on experiential learning.

I’m reaching out to invite collaboration in areas such as:

  • Student recruitment and local assessment
  • Co-delivery of synchronous simulation sessions
  • Co-designing sessions, if interested

If this sounds relevant to your teaching focus or institutional priorities, I’d be happy to share more details or set up a brief meeting. Feel free to contact me at: dorotea.kriscak@nhh.no

Looking forward to hearing from you.
