My name is Branislava Yovich, and I am a PhD student at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). I am reaching out to invite partner institutions to join a collaborative research initiative under the ENGAGE.EU Research Label 2025 programme.
The project we propose is titled:
“Smart HR: Organizational Readiness and Socioeconomic Impact of HR Software Implementation in European Institutions.”
This research stems from my doctoral work and focuses on the digital transformation of human resource management in both public and private institutions. The aim is to explore the practical, economic, and organizational challenges and benefits associated with the adoption of HR software across different national and institutional settings.
The project seeks to:
- Investigate implementation processes and post-implementation outcomes across institutions;
- Compare cross-border and cross-sectoral practices;
- Identify enabling or hindering factors for successful digital adoption;
- Develop an open-access Smart HR Toolkit for decision-makers and practitioners.
We are currently looking for at least three additional ENGAGE.EU partner institutions to:
- Co-host one or more online or in-person workshops;
- Participate in a joint survey and share case studies from their national/institutional contexts;
- Co-author a joint publication or contribute to the dissemination of findings;
- Help ensure that the project reflects a broad European perspective.
The project is aligned with SDGs 8, 9, and 16, and the proposed implementation period is September 2025 to December 2026.
