What knowledge and insights do we need to combat climate change and shape the energy transition with a view to a sustainable future, and, importantly, how do we develop this knowledge and these insights?
These questions will be central to our inaugural research conference “Powering Change Together: Transdisciplinary Research for Socially Just Climate and Energy Transitions”. The conference is organized by the Academic Collaborative Center for Climate and Energy at Tilburg University, the Netherlands, and will take place on June 25-26, 2026.
In the Center, Tilburg University researchers and societal partners work together to develop, apply, and disseminate scientific knowledge and practical insights in the field of climate action and energy transition, thereby contributing to a socially just transition to a sustainable society.
