Ana Nestorovic is a labor lawyer and researcher specializing in highly skilled migration, labor market discrimination, and the institutional integration of international professionals in Europe. She completed her PhD at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna), where her research examined how rights consciousness, institutional knowledge, and social identity shape the labor market experiences of highly skilled international professionals. Her work sits at the intersection of socio-legal studies, migration research, and human resource management, with a focus on labor rights, institutional barriers, and the economic role of international talent. Ana has presented her research at numerous international conferences and collaborates with scholars across disciplines to develop research and policy solutions that improve the integration and recognition of international professionals in European labor markets. She is particularly interested in interdisciplinary and cross-institutional collaborations within the ENGAGE.EU network on topics such as labor rights awareness, migration governance, organizational inclusion, and the future of international talent in Europe.
