Interdisciplinary researcher with a background in sociolinguistics and migration studies, currently investigating the intersections of mobility, language skills, and labour market integration. My work draws on approaches from sociology, language policy, psycholinguistics and organizational studies to explore how linguistic and institutional structures shape access to employment for migrant and post-migrant populations. I combine qualitative and participatory methods to examine pathways of social inclusion and epistemic justice, particularly in transnational and multilingual contexts.
