Erica is a postdoctoral researcher at the Academic Collaborative Center Resilient Democratic Society (REDES) at Tilburg University, where she will be working on questions of democracy and civic vitality. She wrote her PhD thesis on Deliberative Representation in Formal Philosophy at the Erasmus Institute for Philosophy and Economics (EIPE) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR). She was also open access officer at EUR and interim team leader and member of the Netherlands Diamond Open Access Expertise Centre, and is now an ambassador for the Centre.
