I am a Teaching & Research Associate in Intercultural Communication at WU Vienna's Department of Business Communication and a PhD student researching intercultural communication in global virtual teams. My academic interests include intercultural psychology, technology-mediated communication, intercultural teamwork, and student mobility. I also co-teach courses on cross-cultural competence for exchange students and virtual teamwork and the BA and MA levels. 

Originally from Milan, I have lived and worked in Madrid and Budapest before settling in Vienna. Prior to joining higher education, I worked in international HR in the tech field, focusing on student recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and workforce development.

I am passionate about international education, cooperation, and cross-cultural exchange, and I would be excited to connect with colleagues interested in developing joint research, teaching, or mobility projects across the alliance!
