I am a design researcher specializing in co-design, also known as co-creation, participatory design, or participatory action research. My work focuses on developing and evaluating digital technologies within healthcare and well-being contexts, ensuring that the needs and perspectives of users and stakeholders are fully integrated into the design process. I achieve this through a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods as well as co-design workshops.

I have also been exploring co-design methods and tools to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers. I enjoy reflecting on past projects to identify effective co-design practices and common pitfalls. I am deeply committed to advancing design education.
