Jan Kerbach is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Accounting, Auditing and Law since 2025. He holds a siviløkonom degree from the University of Agder. Jan’s research examines how management control systems are designed and used in contemporary organizations, with particular interest in how New Work principles shape tensions between autonomy and accountability.
