Kaisa Penttilä (Dr Sci. Econ) is a post doctoral researcher at Hanken School of Economics and works as a teacher at Vaasa Unversity of Applied Sciences. She successfully defended her PhD in July 2024 with the title Microfoundations of Strategizing in Transforming Business Ecosystems: A sensemaking approach. He reserach focused on managerial sensemaking in ecosystems, ecosystem value creation, and business models in the hydrogen economy.
