Ludovico Bossi graduated with full marks and press dignity at University of Turin and Côte d’Azur University. Currently, he is PhD Candidate in Law and Business at Luiss Guido Carli University under the supervision of Professor Christophe Geiger and Professor Maurizio Borghi.

He specializes in national, European, international and comparative intellectual property (IP) law, with a special interest on the fair remuneration of authors and performers within copyright law, and more broadly, the balance between innovation and sustainability.

He has taught as teaching assistant in several intellectual property law related courses. In addition, he is an Italian-qualified lawyer, with both national and international expertise.
