Maria Dimitrova
University of National and World Economy
Assistant Professor
Throughout my professional career, I have been actively involved in the organization and management of commercial activities, as well as in the development, leadership, and motivation of teams. As a graduate in Human Resources Economics, my professional interests have consistently been oriented toward this field. However, my doctoral studies at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), within the Real Estate Department, led me to discover a deep and lasting interest in the real estate sector.
In 2019, I successfully defended my doctoral dissertation entitled "Improving the Formation of Human Resources in Real Estate Agencies", after which I was appointed as a lecturer in the same department. Currently, I teach the course Real Estate in both Bulgarian and English, and lead seminar classes in Financing and Investments in Real Estate, Business Financing, and Organizational Behaviour. My research interests are closely aligned with the subjects I teach, and my academic work enables me to share both professional and scholarly experience with my students, contributing to their development and practical understanding of the field.
