I currently work as Senior Researcher, Lecturer and Project Lead and at the Sustainability Innovation Lab (Institute of Technology Management) and Head of Executive Education of the Center for Leadership and Innovation in Society, both at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. My main topic area relates to systems innovation, in particular sustainable business models and sustainable leadership in the context of corporate sustainability, multistakeholder management, impact-driven organizations, regenerative cities and systems leadership. I am additionally connected to the Inner Development Goals movement, supporting business students and corporate leaders in developing human inner skills that will equip them to better lead the sustainability transition from inside out.
