I am a passionate researcher specializing in sustainable food consumption, consumer behavior, neuromarketing, and behavioral interventions in a cross-cultural environment. My work is driven by a mission to inspire mindful and ethical consumption by uncovering the cognitive and emotional mechanisms behind decision-making processes.
With over two years of experience in academia and interdisciplinary research, I have designed and executed experimental studies that provide actionable insights for addressing global challenges in sustainability. My research bridges theory and practice, offering practical guidance for individuals, policymakers, and organizations to make informed, impactful choices.
At IQS school of managment Universitat Ramon Llull, my doctoral work focuses on understanding consumer behavior in global food supply chains. My research employs neuromarketing techniques and behavioral interventions, aims to create a deeper understanding of the societal impacts of consumption patterns.
Previously, I contributed to the EU-funded [PoPMeD-SuSDeV] project at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, where I led knowledge transfer initiatives and trained students in advanced neuromarketing tools, including eye tracking, EEG, and facial analysis. My collaborative efforts empowered the team to conduct cross-cultural studies and advance sustainable practices in consumer research.
