Nawel SIDI ALI CHERIF holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences from Paris-Dauphine University (2001). She spent the first part of her career in Communication Consulting, working for agencies in Paris for over 13 years. Then, obtaining a Master in HRM in 2015 at IAE Nancy marked her entry into the second part of her professional career, with 5 years working in HR Consulting within a large group, in the east of France. In 2020, she pursued a PhD in Management Sciences in the University of Lorraine, specializing in HRM, graduating in December 2023. Her work focuses on career and career management and extends to related HR & OB topics, on under-explored research fields (such as the judiciary and others). During her PhD, she completed a 3-months research stay in Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), initiating active collaborations with the international career research community. She is now Associate Professor in HRM & OB and head of the Master 1 in HRM at the Toulouse School of Management - Université Toulouse Capitole.
