I am a first-year PhD candidate in the Management Department at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia, supervised by Prof. Dr. Mariana Kuzmanova. My research lies at the intersection of organisational behaviour, management, and artificial intelligence, examining how the introduction of AI into the workplace reshapes individual and collective behaviour within organisations.

My work investigates AI not merely as a technological tool but as a behavioural stimulus — one that alters how employees perceive their work, appraise change, form intentions, and ultimately adapt. I am particularly interested in the cognitive and psychological mechanisms that mediate this process: how perceptions of AI shape attitudes, how individual responses aggregate into organizational change, and which contextual factors — leadership, psychological safety, organisational culture, institutional pressures — moderate the path from technological stimulus to behavioural and organisational adaptation.

My interests are inherently interdisciplinary, spanning management, organisational psychology, behavioural science, and the study of emerging technologies. I welcome collaboration with researchers and practitioners across these fields who share an interest in how AI is reshaping the way people and organisations work.
