Hi, everyone, I am Miss Ruchira Kaur Bali, I hail from mountainious terrain of Jammu and Kashmir, in India. 

I am  a current PhD in Law and Business, at LUISS University, under supervision of Prof. Pietro Pustorino, and Prof. Jorge E. Vinuales. I hold an LLM in International and Comparative Law from Trinity College, Dublin (202-21)(Global Excellence Scholar 5,000 eur). I have passion for learning new things about sustainability, envrionmental and human rights, and have won series of prestigious scholarships at institutes like Harvard, Cambridge, ITCILO, and NUS CIL. 

I have experience of working hands on matters of commercial arbitration through internships at top law firms in India such as: Luthra and Luthra, Fox Mandal Associates, and Samvad Partners. 

I have experienced of working as a judge for prestigious moot court competitions such as: Jessup, CAM-CCBC, FDI, Telders Moot Court.

I have very recently participated in Junior Scholar Workshop at NUS CIL TRILA, 39th BILETA Conference, and Uzbekistan Arbitration Week.
