Hello, I am a PhD Fellow at Luiss Guido Carli, where my research focuses on hybrid organizations, social innovation, and resilience in conflict-affected settings. My work explores how hybrid organizations create sustainable solutions for vulnerable communities, with a particular interest in refugee integration and cross-sector collaboration. Drawing on interdisciplinary perspectives from entrepreneurship, management, and social impact research, I study how mission driven organizations adapt, scale, and generate long-term value in complex environments. My broader academic interests also include the role of emerging technologies, including AI, in strengthening entrepreneurial and social innovation ecosystems.
