My research is focused on understanding how technology influences organizational learning and adaptation. Specifically, I am exploring how tools of AI  trigger the learning, unlearning of knowledge, routines, beliefs, and practices at multi levels.
I hope  to bridge organisational theory with the evolving landscape of AI, offering new perspectives on how organisations adapt and learn in response to technological advancements.
