Managing and Presenting Digital Objects with MAObjects

In this session, we will introduce MAObjects and guide participants through the process of building virtual exhibitions and managing digital collections.

Using OMEKA, the content management system hosted by the University Library, users can upload and catalogue digital items – such as images, text and multimedia files – using a standardized metadata scheme. These digital collections will be branded with the University's corporate identity, searchable online and maintained for consistent access. We aim to provide a clear, practical understanding of MAObjects through a sample exhibition.
