I am an enthusiastic instructional designer and administrator of e-learning platform with knowledge of products and services for e -learning and teaching methodologies for the best delivery of online education .
I worked as a consultant and LMS (Learning Management System) administrator (Kenexa Learning Suite) at INPS (Italian National Social Insurance Agency) in collaboration with HP , dealing with the internal “Training Office” for the choices of educational strategies and the implementation of online courses .
I strongly believe in the added value of the training for the growth and the professional and personal improvement. Being passionate for technology and social media, I apply also at my job professionalism and passion to help customers in the achievement of appropriate training in the contexts in which they operate .
I am capable of working on my own initiative, and with good organizational abilities as I did during my work experience wit my client (Enel, Intesa San Paolo, Inail, Aci Informatica, SopraSteria, Inps). I am resourceful, with group work skills, problem-solving skills, and an outgoing personality. I am accustomed to working under pressure and dealing with work and customers’ needs.
