I am currently an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Business Management of IQS School of Management (Univ. Ramon Llull) in Barcelona, Spain. I'm also a Ph.D. candidate at ESADE Business School.

I have two main research strands – (1) Micro-CSR, where I focus on understanding the micro-foundations of stakeholders’ reactions (e.g., employees) to corporate social responsibility initiatives. I’m particularly interested in unpacking the relationship between CSR perceptions and organizational commitment. (2) LGBTIQ+ issues in organizations, specifically to understand how transgender people navigate the job market and hiring-selection processes. I emphasize how they cope with the emotional responses when they look for a job.

In terms of teaching, I am comfortable teaching courses on organizational behavior, human resource management, and business & society. I have also taught organizational theory in the past.

My work has been published in Business Ethics, Environment & Responsibility (formerly, Business Ethics: A European Review), Sustainability, and Managerial and Decision Economics. I’ve won distinctions as “Best Business School” professor from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and as a top peer reviewer from Business Ethics, Environment & Responsibility.
