My research interest include workplace mistreatment (e.g., bullying, aggression, incivility and sexual harassment), technology in the workplace (e.g., cyberbullying and technostress) and employee wellbeing (e.g., emotions, emotion regulation and coping). I apply quantitative methods, including survey studies, experience sampling and experimental research.
