Lilyana Mihova have a bachelor, master and PhD in Business Logistics at UNWE and Master’s degree in European public administration with a diploma form HEC University of Liege, Belgium. She began her professional career as an administrative and HR expert in Veolia Group Bulgaria where she implemented new career development programs for employees. 

Now she is a chief assistant professor with more than 7 years of experience in higher education at University of National and World Economy. Specializing in logistics and supply chain management, Lilyana uses that experience to develop courses and to conduct and participate in researches and projects in the area of sustainable supply chains.  

She participated in the project "Economic Education in Bulgaria 2030" with a two-month lecture course on "Reverse Logistics" in French at the University of Amiens "Picardy Jules Verne". With a passion for new international experience, Lilyana have successfully completed three Erasmus+ teaching mobilities in France (University of Lorraine, University of Savoy Mont Blanc, University Picardy Jules Verne) and one-year student mobility in Montpellier, France as well as 6 months internship in the European Parliament and one-month internship in Public Service of Wallonia in Belgium.
