I'm a PhD candidate in management, interested in investigating the interaction between doctors and Artificial Intelligence. I have a BSc in Economics and Business Organization and an MSc in International Business. Since my the writing of my master's dissertation, I have been doing research on AI in healthcare.

I personally experienced that doctors' decision-making can be affected by bias and noise due to some medical issues. Therefore, although it's common knowledge that medicine is not an error-free discipline, I believe that doctors could benefit from AI to augment their decision-making and reduce errors. I support a collaborative approach between doctors and AI, which is often called the Augmentation approach with AI.

I'm Italian, born in Bari but living in Rome currently. I want to connect different research fields in doing my research, as I believe that the interconnection is fundamental to achieving a better understanding of the topic.
