I am completing my third year as a Ph.D. student in organizational behavior at the Toulouse School of Management, University of Toulouse - Capitole.

My research focuses on time in all its various manifestations—time perception, perspective, management, poverty, etc. The list is endless!

Right now, after completing a bibliometric literature review on time management, I am focusing on highly educated, highly protocoled professionals (doctors, lawyers, and accountants) who work in complex contexts like emergency rooms, courts, or accounting firms. The aim is to see if these individuals use time differently than the "man on the street," and if yes, how and why? In the end, the aim is to contribute research that assists in developing programs that increase people's personal well-being and health.

I also lead a four-session workshop on time management entitled "MAKING TIME." Participants learn the difference between "calendric" or "linear" time and "ontological time." Graduates share that they have more time and experience being more accomplished.

At the Toulouse School of Management, I teach first-year BSc in Global Management students, Management Science, and Business Law and Ethics.
