Véronique is an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Université Toulouse Capitole and a member of TSM Research. Véronique is a holder of a Junior Professor Research Chair, focusing on understanding the effects of teleworking on occupational health and managerial practices. Overall, her research aims to identify the factors that explain workers’ attitudes and behaviors in the workplace as it focuses on leadership practices, on relationships between employees and supervisors, and on organizational commitment.
