Ms Anthea Chai worked as a quality engineer in the aeronautic industry before joining the educational sector. She worked as a quality auditor for various European Union funded projects, has expertise and competencies in quality, security and environmental audit, quality improvements, offshore processes and the cost of non-quality to multinational servicing companies. She is currently the quality referent of University Toulouse Capitole for ENGAGE.EU and also an active member of the ENGAGE.EU Quality Board.
