I work at research funding services at Hanken School of Economics. Although working now with experts on business and economics, my background is in Humanities, and I have a PhD in history. My researcher career has turned into a career in research funding which I find very interesting! I'm passionate about research impact and questions related to research ethics and integrity. 

I'm excited about the ENGAGE.EU alliance which gives opportunities both for academic and support staff to learn from each other. 

In my spare time I love studying languages (I'm a native speaker of Finnish, but I use Swedish and English on daily basis, I have studied French & German at school, some Spanish and Japanese later as a hobby - oddly enough I can also read Old Icelandic because of my expertise in medieval Scandinavian history!), I appreciate a decent cup of quality tea and take daily time to walk with my dog.
