I am Wogene Berhanu Mena, currently serving as a faculty member at the Institute of Gender and Diversity in Organizations at the Vienna University of Economics and Business since 2021. Concurrently, I am pursuing a Ph.D., focusing on exploring working conditions and decent work within the Global Supply Chain. My research specifically focuses on the garment and textile industries in the Global South. In addition to my Ph.D. project, my research interests span social inequalities, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and the examination of diversity management strategies in organizations.
